I teach guitar in the toronto
area. Lessons are $35 an hour. If someone wants to drop by
for a quick lunchtime lesson and they can only manage half
an hour before returning to work we can organize the
lessons accordingly. Discount of $10 for blocks of 4
lessons so 4 lesson block is $130.
After an initial assessment of your playing level and
ambitions as a player we structure the lessons to develop
an appropriate level of technique and musical awareness to
help you achieve your goals. I try to keep it as 'real
world' as possible so discussions on the subject of
equipment (guitars, amps and effects) are likely to be as
important as anything else. Study of other players work
that might be relevant to you is also important so I
encourage listening and transcribing more than sight
reading.
