I try to help you, the guitarist, become a more complete and fulfilled player by taking what you want to achieve as our starting point. It's a collaborative journey. I can't teach you to play the guitar, but I can take your playing to the next level by bringing my years of ongoing experience as a musician and artist - in the recording studio, on stage, at rehearsals developing musical parts, setting up on stage, dealing with self-doubt, working with other musicians, setting up and buying equipment, minimizing problems..etc, etc. All you need to bring is your curiosity and desire to improve.

Collaboration
You can hire me as a guitar player for your project (our relative locations are unimportant - many of my recent projects have featured clients/collaborators around the world from Europe and East Coast US to Australia), as a co-writer, producer/consultant and even an onstage performance consultant.
In addition to my own recordings and collaborations with Lloyd Cole and other Art/Pop/Rock artists I have a wide spectrum of interest ranging from '60's modal jazz, through ambient and tonal musics (Brian Eno, Glenn Branca etc), to contemporary art music/rock like WIlco, American Football and Nala Sinephro.
